MY STORY
Hi! I'm Renata. Growing up, I was the "overweight and inactive" kid, but things started to change in 2017 when my dad introduced me to his personal trainer friend. Over time, I became more consistent with working out, and during the pandemic, my passion for fitness grew. What started as a way to lose weight has now become a part of my everyday life. Fitness has taught me more than just physical strength—it's helped me develop responsibility, perseverance, time management, and creativity.
Now, I want to share that experience with others. Fitness isn’t about punishing your body—it’s about celebrating what it can do and finding joy in movement. Whether you’re just starting out or looking for a way to stay consistent, I’m here to guide and support you in building a stronger, healthier you.
